Upgrade approximately 4.5 km of the Midland Highway from Perth to Breadalbane to four lanes including duplication with a median barrier and road geometry to meet a 110 km/h design speed, new junctions for Youl Main Road and Arthur Street, grade separation at Devon Hills Road, improvement to the quarry and brickworks access south of Breadalbane, upgrade of Breadalbane roundabout and shared cycle and pedestrian path.
