The Drysdale Bypass Road Project aims to address peak hour congestion on High Street Drysdale, improve safety and enhance the access and amenity for pedestrians and cyclists in the Drysdale Activity Centre by constructing a six kilometre bypass road to reduce vehicles and heavy traffic from High Street.

Included in the project scope is access and upgrades to accessibility of High Street, including lane separations for cyclists, pavement upgrades and signaling and pedestrian crossings.
